Columbia Law School Human Rights Clinic Releases Report on Criminal Defamation Trial of Wuth Boonlert and Samak Donnapee in Thailand for Trialwatch

The Human Rights Clinic released a report on the criminal defamation trial of an indigenous activist and retired government official in Thailand. The report, published as part of the TrialWatch initiative, finds the trial violated international human rights standards.
